Juvenile adjudications do not appear like adult public listings. CBI provides a no-fee named-person request. The form asks for the juvenile's name, optional birth date, adjudication county, case or docket number, gender, requester contact information, delivery method, and a written need. A requester must affirm that the information will not be published, used for gain, or used to harass, coerce, or cause serious emotional distress.

An approved response may include registration status, names and aliases, date of birth, addresses, a readily available photo if requested, and registration offense information. It never includes victim data. False statements or misuse can violate C.R.S. §18-9-310.5 and may carry up to $1,000 for each violation.

Moffat County Registry Relief

Some people may petition a court after a statutory period measured from final release.
